Waitlisapp provides a platform for creating and managing waitlists. We offer free and paid (Pro) subscription plans with different feature sets and usage limits.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to use the Service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
Paid plans (Starter and Pro) are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle (paddle.com), who handles billing, taxes, and receipts. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time from your account settings to stop future billing. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Waitlisapp is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
