Waitlisapp offers paid subscription plans (Starter and Pro) billed monthly or annually. Payments and billing are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle (paddle.com), who appears on your card or bank statement and processes any refunds on our behalf.
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal charge. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle.
Charges older than 7 days are generally non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings to stop future billing; you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Email us at support@waitlisapp.com with the email address on your account and, if available, your Paddle order or invoice number. We aim to respond within 2 business days. You may also request a refund directly from Paddle using the receipt they emailed you at the time of purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Refunds may be declined in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
