We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Subscriber data is retained until you delete it or close your account. You can export or delete your data at any time from your dashboard.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using SHA-256 before storage.
